Everyone was cooperative during the trip. But Yong Hwee was a little playful, Yuqi did not turn up for most meetings but she tried her best to turn up. I had fun during this project with this team. __Syed__
We have to know how we spend our money on transport (etc.) Before going, we must go internet and check out the information. It was an unforgettable experience __Edwin__
I've learnt alot during this trip. Syed, our group leader was very good. He brought us to those places, taught us some new things and so on. Yong Hwee and Edwin was quite okay. They helped in some other ways too, although edwin sometimes talked very loudly. As for me, as I
was the only girl among them, I felt quite uncomfortable with them. At first, I felt hard to communicate with them. But after awhile, I feel that our relationship between each other had improved. Throughout the day, I had alot of fun and joy. __Jonea__
I felt very happy that my group leader is very helpful. He took us to many places. Our group members are also very cooperative. __YongHwee__

Our group went on a trip on 12th March 2007, Monday. Syed, YongHwee, Edwin and I (Jonea) went to several places together. YuQi had a school trip and therefore could not join us for this trip.
We met at Hougang Point in the morning and most of the shops were not open. We checked the survey forms we did and photo copied them. Syed brought his breakfast before we set off.
We took a bus and travelled from Hougang to our first location, which is the Geylang Serai (market). We went there to explore the market. We realised that a variety of Malay foods were avaible there. There are also some food that I had not heard or seen before. After the Geylang Serai(market), we went to Arab Street and Kampung Glam, we also went to the Malay Heritage Centre. When we were at these places, we went into some shops and interviewed the shop owners. When we finished the survey forms, we moved on to the next location which was Little ndia.
When we reached our destination, we looked for Tekka Arcade and we quickly got to work. We splitted ourselves and interviewed many shop's owners. As Little India is one of the tourist attraction, many of the owners/boss were too busy and did not want to be interviewed. It was very crowded. There were tourist, some kids from Primary school, probably they are on an educational trip, and so on. The place was very busy and crowded. We had a hard time asking them to fo the survey form because they were simply too busy to entertain us. We also took a long time at that place. When we had finally finished the survey forms for the Hindus, we heed off to our last location.
We sat a cab to Chinatown. We were intending to go to a temple in Chinatown. which has just built. But when we reached there, we were shocked! We got mixed up. Because the temple was still in the progess of construction. As it was getting late, we decided to split into two groups. Edwin and YongHwee took the surveys on Buddhistism, and heed off to "Si Ma Lu" temple at Buffalo Street as it is quite famous and we know that many people visits the temple. As for Syed and I, we stayed at Chinatown and looked for Christians to fill up the survey forms. As first, we went to the Hawker Center and ask but to no avail, we spotted a Church and went inside. We managed to get some survey forms filled. As there was still some left, I took the undone survey forms and interviewed my cousins and friends who are christians also.
Finally, when all the forms are filled, we can finally take a seat and rest. We have been walking for almost half a day! We had encountered some problems along our trip, but we still got it done. We also took some pictures about the place.
